Qataf is an inclusive gaming controller inspired by Qatar’s resilient national flower, the Qataf (sea lavender). Designed for individuals with upper-limb amputations or reduced grip strength, it features a radial button layout that mirrors the flower’s petal structure—offering ergonomic, one-handed control of movement and actions simultaneously. Lightweight, customizable, and intuitive, Qataf can also be paired with a second unit for users with more complex needs. Beyond gaming, it serves as a tool for rehabilitation, combining function, culture, and accessibility in one elegant design.
